The house can sleep up to 8 people and comprises the following rooms:

- a snug upstairs sitting room (with an open fire)
- two bathrooms, one ground-floor and one upstairs
- a sleek and modern kitchen/dining room
The house has free high-speed WiFi throughout, and a smart (internet-enabled) television is also provided. There is ample off-street parking available.
